Olympia Coffee Roasting Company, OLYMPIA, WA
Olympia Coffee is an independent, small-batch roaster founded by Evergreen alums, dedicated to sourcing and roasting some of the world’s finest coffees. They partner directly with coffee farmers across nine countries in East Africa, South America, and Central America—building lasting relationships rooted in fairness, transparency, and respect. Every coffee they roast is made to order, daily, in their downtown Olympia roastery.
